Onuzulike Tochukwu benefitted from a scholarship award from the Netherlands Fellowship Programme 2012 for a course on Geographic Information System Remote Sensing for Water Sector in UNESCO-IHE Delft. The Netherland proved to be very educative and interesting with modern software in a friendly environment.

With this knowledge her ability to use Arc GIS has been greatly enhanced. It will provide her opportunity for the application of the GIS in our developing projects/programmes especially in the water sector in our environment in Nigeria.

We are grateful to the Netherland for granting our staff the great opportunity and look forward to a partnership relationship.
